Meet the Specialists Behind Your Vehicle’s Performance
Brian Eilers:
Master Technician
Brian Eilers brings nearly four decades of hands-on automotive repair experience, rooted in a lifelong connection to the industry. He began at just 10 years old sweeping floors in his family’s Porsche dealership, absorbing the environment and work ethic that define high-level automotive service. By age 14, he was already working on air-cooled Porsche and Volkswagen engines, developing a foundation in precision mechanics that continues to influence his approach today.
Tho Brian may hold many industry certificates, he goes beyond the training to learn every single aspect of the brands he is working on. Countless hours researching and practicing. Learning every day, striving for more knowledge. Because Technicians today have to do more than turn wrenches.
Throughout his career, Brian has earned a reputation for tackling complex diagnostic and repair challenges across a wide range of vehicles. From classic European platforms to modern, computer-controlled systems, his expertise spans advanced drivability diagnostics, electrical systems, and network communication like CAN bus and FlexRay. He approaches every European car repair with a disciplined, methodical process built on experience, technical knowledge, and a commitment to providing the highest level of quality in each repair. Cars have been brought to Brian from all over the western United States to diagnose and repair.
Today, Brian remains deeply engaged in the automotive repair field, combining his technical expertise with a focus on developing future technicians. He is committed to elevating industry standards through mentorship, training, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. His career reflects a straightforward philosophy: do the work right, keep learning, and be the best.
Jody Raplee:
Service Advisor
Jody Raplee is a family guy first and foremost. He and his wife, Darci, have eight children, ranging in age from 21 down to 3, so life at home is never boring! Jody has been writing service for nearly five years and has experience working with Land Rover, Jaguar, and Jeep/Ram. He’s excited to bring that experience to Valley European Auto Service and learn even more about the European vehicles he’s always enjoyed.
For Jody, great customer service is about treating people the way he would want to be treated. He takes pride in keeping customers informed, understanding their concerns, and doing everything he can to get their vehicles safely back on the road in a timely manner. His combination of vehicle knowledge, communication, and genuine care for his customers is what he enjoys most about being a Service Advisor.
When he’s not at the shop or spending time with his family, you’ll likely find Jody swimming laps at Nampa Rec, riding his bike, or running miles as he trains for his next triathlon.
Mike Gepford:
Master Technician
Since then, I’ve specialized in high-end Euro marques and exotic platforms, from vintage classics to modern hypercars. Whether it’s full restorations, one-off fabrication, or performance tuning, I handle the details most shops won’t touch. Metalwork, air ride, engine builds, coachwork conversions: if it takes craftsmanship and patience, that’s where I live.
I built my career on two things: doing it right and making it look like it came that way from the factory.
